Why I started bia Pathways
My career in workforce development opened my eyes to the complex needs of our workforce and economy. I became passionate about creating a lasting, generational impact—empowering individuals with the skills to thrive and drive change in their communities.
Throughout my journey, I worked closely with young people from all backgrounds, seeing both their potential and the obstacles they face. It became clear that there was a gap in essential skills—communication, resilience, and career readiness—that could make a real difference in their futures. My heart opened to this challenge, and I felt a mission calling me: to help prepare these young people to lead and succeed.
That’s why I started the Bridge Pathways series. Beyond just being an online learning series for youth, it's a bridge to a stronger, more capable workforce. I wanted to offer practical, empowering lessons that build not only skills but also confidence and resilience. For those who feel unsure of where to start, our one-on-one coaching provides personal guidance to help them craft a vision for their path forward.
